Both. You can purchase machines online (create an account → request or order → pay the invoice via Stripe), or request machine placement at your site with a full-service / commission partnership. Use the contact form if you’re not sure which path fits.

Current lineup includes Combo Snack & Drink (starting at $5,995), Single Door (starting at $7,995), and Double Door AI vending (starting at $13,995). Prices are starting points; options like custom wrap and door-to-door delivery are listed with each machine. See the Machines section for details.

Machines ship with a Nayax card reader (cashless) and a 1-year limited parts replacement warranty. Optional add-ons: logo/custom wrap (+$350) and door-to-door delivery (+$250). Applicable sales tax is calculated on your invoice by state.

Yes. Use Upload Logo to place your brand on a live 3D mockup — scale, move, rotate, replace, or reset the logo before you order. Branding wrap for production is an optional +$350 add-on on all sizes.

Create an account, request a machine (or place an order from your dashboard). We send an invoice with totals and tax. You review it, then pay securely with Stripe (card). After payment you’ll see status updates: ordered → processing → shipped → delivered.

For full-service placements, yes — we handle restocking, cleaning, maintenance, and support so your location earns without day-to-day headache. Purchased machines include the limited parts warranty; ongoing route service can be discussed when you order or partner with us.

Timing depends on model, options (wrap, logistics), and destination. After your invoice is paid, we process the order and update your dashboard as it ships and delivers. Add door-to-door service (+$250) if you want delivery to your location handled for you.
